About

So, as I said in my welcome, I’m a 3rd year student at UofA. I moved around quite a bit as a kid, going to different schools in Asia, including a British style boarding school, which is where I picked up bodybuilding. Prior to that, I had a tough time in my previous school, where I was not just the youngest, but also slightly on the pudgy side, which of course led to some degree of hazing. It was after I left boarding school that I immersed myself into fitness, including participating in athletics, whereby I got into contact sports like Rugby, which as you can imagine require a certain degree of strength, agility and stamina. I started to focus on what I ate, and how I fed my body correlated directly with how healthy I felt and looked. Over the years, I have honed my training regimen and I’ve reached a point where I’m comfortable offering both eating and training advice to those who’d like to train with me.

I’m committed to helping you succeed, because I know how hard it is to go through a training regimen that produces results. It does take hard work, and more importantly consistency. If you feel you’d like to develop the discipline required to be consistent to achieve your goals and then maintaining good health for the rest of you life, then please give me a call.
